Human Feces

Little boy did his business on berber carpet. We had cleaned and fabric protected the carpet about a month earlier. The lady had tried to take two of the spots out with some of our spotter but called me in to try and finish it up. The two stains she had treated with our spotter would not come all the way out. In fact they turned to a red stain. Anyone see this before? I used red dye remover and that didn’t work. Any suggestions. BTW, the spots she didn’t treat with spotter solution came out. They were smaller and were tracked from the main spots. Any ideas? Told her I would come back if I got any new info.
