Hey folks, so what are people’s best methods/products for cleaning wax build up off of hard wood floors with the least chance of damage to the floors? Have come across some recently with some thick wax buildup and would like to feel more confident in our ability to tackle them and get good results. Currently we are turning them away for lack of good results and fear of damage to the wood floor if we get more aggressive (i.e. high end homes with lots of expensive hardwood), but if we can get better results, we will gladly try and fix the customer’s problem. I know Heaven’s Best Wax Stripper is an option people have mentioned, but at what concentration are people getting best results with least amount of time spent and no damage to floor’s original finish. I also know that diluted vinegar works, but takes a looooong time. Send some knowledge!
