I know realtors are a group that many of us focus on for advertising, but don’t forget about home stagers. A home stagers job is to make the house as presentable as possible and I think their word carries more weight than a realtors sometimes when they suggest to their customer to get their carpet cleaned. Just my 2 cents for something to consider/work on during the winter months if you are slow.
Great suggestion, home stagers are a bit harder to find than realtors but I agree that they can be much more persuasive with clients.
