    I was wondering if anyone has ever thought about or hired a sales person to go after commercial accounts? My brother and I are just too busy right now to get out and knock on doors. Any advice would be appreciated.

    I have thought about this a bit. I would love to have a great salesperson learn our process and then drum up business, especially major commercial business. Has anyone uses this practice?

    If you run one van with the two of you hire an employee to do all the prep work one of you drum up the business. If you run more that one van well good luck.
