Group operator website vs solo website

Some of the other operators in my area and myself have all considered going in together for a group website for us all. Just curious how others that do this like it or dislike it? Since we are in a major metro and no one operator owns the whole territory, plus outlying large cities, we are considering this idea to possibly get the most bang for the buck if we have a top notch local company make the site (or go thru corporate, can’t remember if that’s still an option). We all get along well and know the others do great work (but doesn’t everyone in Heaven’s Best?), so I don’t think any of us are concerned about someone reflecting poorly on others or someone potentially stealing work in an adjacent territory that isn’t there own if they got a phone call they shouldn’t have. Would love to hear pro’s and con’s to this, especially from those that already do this for their city/state (no finger pointing please, just generalities).
