Just picked up an excellent commercial job which is a slam dunk for future referrals as well – CURVES – this is a very successful franchise for women’s excercise! It dawned on me about half way through the job… uh hello… do a really GOOD job and look at all the ladies who will notice! It made me realize there are probably LOTS of other really good franchise commercial jobs others have which are excellent for referrals – will ya’ll share??? The owner of our local CURVES was thrilled with the job and all the ladies have been “buzzing” (I left a ton of cards!). Please share some of your examples others of us may not have considered (and may have right down the street from us!!)

We have Curves as a client too. They’ve been in business just one year and my client for 6 months. I’ve been there 3 times. I’ve cleaned for about 8 of the Curves members plus the owner. I am sure that client will help greatly to extend my customer base.
I currently clean a very small carpeted area for the local CUTS in Lancaster for a monthly membership. CURVES has a number of locations locally. Any hints on pricing. I can get in to give them a quote, I am just not sure how to quote them. Anytips? Thanks, Dave in Lancaster, PA
I just landed a commercial gig yesterday for a guy who owns 4 Wendy’s. It’s a late night job but I’m cool with that. He is having me clean them once a month for $90 a pop. It takes me about 45 minutes apiece. I get two of them done a night and do them all 4 in two nights.
