Fyi, if you visit http://www.getlisted.org it will show you what websites you have incomplete or no data listed for your website if you have one. The search engines supposedly use these sites for your rankings, so the more info the better. Also, I’ve been told it is important to have all of the data identical (i.e. description, etc) to improve your ranking as well.
