As you use your metal fabric protector sprayers, white crusty stuff begins to build up on the exterior of the canister. Straight orange deoderizer will break down that scum. Spray OD on a rag and rub away. You can also soak old plugged up spray nozzels in OD. Disassemble and place in a small glass jar. Let soak for 12 – 24 hrs. and blow out with an air compressor. I usaully do about 10 at a time. 💡
The new “flat tip” spray nozzles for the fabric protector canisters are fantastic. No clogging yet, wider spray pattern, dispenses faster (you have to move faster, thus, less time bent over!) These are a must for anyone using the metal sprayers.
