Just curious what “packages” people are using via EZ-NET for their websites, and their opinions (pros/cons) for them. My website is in need of an overhaul and our contract with our local provider is just month to month at this point. So, we are contemplating the switch over to Ez-net. Any info/opinions is appreciated. Would love to know people’s google rankings that are using EZ-Net. Thanks!
I’m currently using the old $150/mo package. The site is built with EZ Net Tools’ own website builder. It’s old and clunky, but I’m able to edit my own content as needed and the site looks nice. http://milwaukeewi.heavensbest.com I’ve been on the 1st page of Google for over 2 years, and I’m 1st in the local 3 pack.
I don’t think they will offer that $150 package anymore though. Now they are pushing the $200/mo package that includes a WordPress-based website and comes with an SSL certificate so your site is secured (good for SEO now). WordPress is great – I’ve built a lot of sites with it over the years. Easy to edit, you can add plugins if you want new functionality, etc. Here’s an example of the new site http://waverlyia.heavensbest.com
How active are you when it comes to your website? If you just want a done for you site, EZ Net Tools is fine. They will also post on Facebook every week for you, respond to Google reviews, and manage all your business listings (Google, Bing, Yelp, etc). Plus I can email Kim or Glenda when I notice problems on my site, want to add new testimonials and don’t have time myself, or ask questions when I notice changes in my Google ranking.
If you want to rank well though, I highly recommend updating all of the content on your homepage and interior pages. EZNT will give you some basic content, but I didn’t start ranking well until I rewrote things, added new photos, and adding a video to my homepage really helped.
