Does anyone out there use a Sandia extractor unit? I’ve been looking on line at them and see some pretty good deals for a unit with 2/3 stage motors instead of the 2/2 stage motor units so as to get more lift….some of these commercial jobs need a once over with an extractor to save on pads. They are a lil cheaper than the NInjas and come with heat at that power while the Ninjas dont. Too good to be true? Remains to be seen…just wanted someones opinion. Love Pat from Cali…

The corporate office has not authorized the use of a Sandia machine so there should not be anyone in our company that is using one. I will have John check into this machine and see if it would be a better option for us. Each of us is part of a bigger picture and what one person does affects another. That is why by contract each of you only purchase equipment, products and supplies from Heaven’s Best. The lowest price is not always the best value. In order to have a lower price, they may have cut some corners that will cost much more over time. Please get John any information you have about the machine and he will check into it.

Our system is a low moisture system. We are not steam cleaners. There may be on occasion a carpet that will require a dual process, but this will be on a very limited basis. If you are finding that all of your jobs are so bad that a dual process is required, you need to look to a little better quality of customer. Our system works best in the mid to high end markets. The dirtiest cheapest jobs are not where you make the best money.

If any of our operators would like some tips on growing their business in this economy, feel free to contact John, myself, or your state owner. It will also be helpful to review this bulletin board and the newsletters for tips.

can we use any other extractor unit other than this “big o box”? 😀 This extractor unit is just to heavy and to big sometimes and I really don’t need such a big extractor, even customers are telling me sometimes that this box is to big.
