Any chance of adding a tab/spot for customer to enter either number of stairs they want cleaned or just that they want stairs cleaned in general on estimate request feature on main website? When asking for number of rooms, most customers won’t consider a set a stairs as a room, so they leave it out, which can affect our quote if they want an email response. Just a thought.
I would like to see the sheet look similar to stanley steemer where it lets the customer see everything we offer and lets them choose what they want. I believe the more information we have before we contact the customer the more professional we look in the customers eyes and the more accurate we can be on our quotes.
