    Hi everyone!
I have done very well with Heaven’s Best and also been very happy with the company and everyone involved. The bitter/sweet fact is my employee of 3 years will be buying my business near the first of the year. I have told my customers that if I were able to create the perfect employee, it would be him. Adam Hagensick will be the new owner of my Iowa based franchise. He will do very well as a young entrepreneur fresh out of college. If I would give advice to anyone in this franchise, I would recommend hiring a young, enthusiastic person to manage the cleaning aspect of the business. This will open the opportunity for you to venture into the much needed management position. Creating commercial cleaning agreements/contracts is a must! None of us are supernatural beings that have the time nor the energy to proficiently operate the business alone. I am a prime example of someone who tried but now I’m burned out and ready for a change.
Another bit of advice to prepare for a sale is: 1) create as many cleaning contracts as possible. 2) remember, every dollar you spend through your business, that is not a true business expense, will harm your business value. Businesses that can operate without the owner, show a nice owner salary and show a nice business profit are worth far.
I hope everyone in this company is happy, healthy and wealthy!
Until we meet again, so long!

    Brian,

Hate to see you leave as you have been a great ambassador for Heaven’s Best, and the few times I have seen you at conferences, I have always enjoyed our conversations. Best of luck to you in your future endeavors.
