Any of you out there who have employees….What is your average pay? Do you have them on salary only, commission only, or both?
I’m in North Central Florida.

I started my employee, who operates alone, $10 per hour. After a couple of months, I gave hime $1 per hour raise and plan to give him another raise soon. He also has the opportunity to earn a 10% sales commission on any job that he lands. This has not been a desire of his since we’ve been working 45-55 hrs. per week. When things slow down this winter, I suspect he will start working on sales more. Keep in mind that he keeps a van in his garage, I have a washing machine in his home and I see him only once or twice a week to exchange money and product.Sara
Great to see you on the web site, just a wealth of information from all of our franchises. I don’t know how the question of “employees got under the tittle of buffer and pads ? I think you should try that question as a new topic and you will get a lot of answers. Again great to see you on the B.B.
