An Oregon operator, Mike Sollman, stumbled across a great tip! In the fine print, Edward Jones & Company will pay for a carpet cleaning each year per office. They (the local office) just fax the bill into their corporate office and they pay the bill once a year! Most offices have no idea this is in their (fine print) contract with corporate. You must act fast, to get the job done and the bill in time this year. Call all your Edward Jones & Co. offices in your area to schedule an end of the year cleaning. Thanks Mike!

I think investment brokers are always looking for money, and the carpets are there to remind them of it… Hum, there’s a thought. I think I’ll paint my office green.We have 3 local EJ offices so far. Looking for any more we can find. Once you’re in with one, the others seem to follow suit.
I contacted the local Edward Jones office today, explained how EJ home office will pay for a yearly cleaning. The office receptionist checked with the BOA, Branch Office Administrator, and they verified the the yearly cleaning is paid. I immediately got the job booked for next week. He will also hook me up with all the other local offices in my area and give me a reference. Easy money, but you may have to be a bit persistent. This was my third contact with them here and they finally checked it out. Guarrenteed work again next year. Now to get the other eight offices in my territory!
The Edward Jones accounts are still in affect. Mike Sollman in Portland Oregon reminded me this account. He just looks in the phone book, calls each Edward Jones office that he doesn’t already do, ask them “Have you had your annual carpet cleaning paid for by corporate yet?” The answer is usually ‘what are you talking about?” It is in your corporate contract that your corporate office will pay for one annual cleaning. Have you done that yet? In an hour and and 15 minutes he booked 7 new locations. Each location is a $100 minimum. Then he seeks the residential job at the receptionist home… If you’re in an area with several offices, it would be well worth the time. P.S. Book and clean the job so that their corporate has the bill before the end of the year. Mike said he had a check within 7-10 days of the job.
