The number one reason most people don’t get what they want is that most people don’t know what they want. I think we’ve all heard “if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” Knowing what your why is and then fully committing to it is the key to obtaining. The new year is three and a half months past. How’s your plan working? Are goals really that important???? If your goal is to be comfortable, chances are you will never be rich. But if your goal is to rich, chances are you’ll end up mighty comfortable… I believe, you choose where you are and where your going. Church, family, money, wealth, health… Have you set the goal knowing your why. How committed are you to where you want to be?

A bit of my personal life. I was born with unkind learning disabilities and the challenges that accompany that. Through family, personal commitment and the grace of God, I have got the better of them. Even though it didn’t feel like it at the time, through the greatest challenges in my life have come the greatest blessings. A sense of gratitude is one of those blessings. I am grateful to be a part of Heaven’s Best!
I’m going to obtain my goals if it kills me.

Great commitment for everyone. Search on YouTube, Grant Cardone. I just got this contact from my neighbor and can’t stop watching it.

Good post Gordon. One thing I think everyone should do to help make themselves a better owner is to go to work every day. Even if you don’t have any jobs for the day, put on your HB shirt and pants, and get something accomplished by at least looking the part. You will be more likely to be productive if you’ve “suited up”. If you find yourself not having as many jobs as you would like on your schedule, commit to “suit up” for 40 hours a week for a couple weeks, and I bet you get more done. It is very easy in this business to “take it easy” on your slow days since you worked hard the day(s) before and your next day is full. Nothing wrong with that, but still doesn’t give you a hall pass to be lazy during the week. No matter how big or small you want your operation to be, you have to “suit up” every day to be successful!
