Just wondering how to clean the Polishing pads, both red and white after cleaning? Also, has anyone experienced little tiny specs of residue left on the floor after cleaning with the wood floor cleaner? For the most part I am not that happy with the results this cleaner has given thus far and never really learned about waxing a hardwood floor at training, so this is my only option right now. Thanks ahead of time for your input!

Just thrown them in the washer.

Yea the most obvious answer would be to do that but I did not have good results. I threw one of the white ones in the washer before I posted this and it came out totally thrashed, looked really bad. Will reattempt same.

I don’t re-use pads unless they are fairly clean, for what I charge I just chalk it up to job cost.
I mix the new wood floor cleaner at twice the reccomended strength and keep a 2 and half gallon pre-mixed.
For the residue specs try mixing the wood cleaner and warm water.
The only time I use wax is on unfinished floors. For me, the new wood floor cleaner works better than the wax on
    pre-finished floors.

Perfect answer thanks…I was thinking along the lines of charging accordingly due to the one use.

If your talking about after stripping VCR tile, take a tub and soak them in dewaxer.

Here in upstate Pennsylvania my competitors get between .75 and $1.50 a sq ft for hardwood floor cleaning and polishing, we charge $1.00 sq ft with a $125.00 minimum.
