Tried downloading and opening the Hard Surfaced floors ad from the Heaven’s Best advertising site. Was able to download, but when I tried to open it it said the file is damaged and could not be repaired. Any thoughts? Am able to download and change other files with no problem, but not that one. Using Adobe Illustrator (free trial version) if that helps.
