ParticipantAccepting CC will increase your business. People don’t always have the cash flow to have their carpets cleaned but if they can charge it-they will.

ParticipantI’m all for incentives to get operators to the national seminar, but I think before you start offering them, we should flat out tell our operators that they need to go to this seminar. Explain that it is only going to make them more successful. It can be a great mini vacation for them, and that they can write off a trip to Vegas as a business expense. If that’s not incentive enough I don’t know what would work.

ParticipantHey don’t get me wrong, I’d love to qualify for the giveaways because I too operate an area. I was told by Dan that state owners were exempt. The only concern I have is that it might not look so good to our operators if one of the state owners where to win.

ParticipantI too would like to see more communication between state owners. I think it would be very beneficial to all of us.

ParticipantI always make sure to inform the customer that it is a protein stain and they are the most difficult to remove(same with pet urine). It makes you look like even more of a hero when you get it out. 8)

ParticipantDefinitely use United Bank Card. I’ve been using them since corporate set up the deal and no one has been able to come close to fees, rates, and processing charges.

ParticipantThat imperial clean web site is way over the top with the music and everything. No offense, but I think it’s kind of cheesy.

ParticipantHa, Ha ,Ha ! That is a good movie. There is a guy in my area who has his vans mirror tinted in front, windshield visors, big custom rims, and curb feelers-no joke. They look ridiculous.

ParticipantI would be all for putting money into corporate for some national advertising (television, radio, magazines, etc.). I think the amount of money contributed from each franchise should be a flat fee based upon the population or licensed areas of each franchise.

ParticipantI was thinking about lowering my vans and throwing on 22″ rims ( also known as dub dueces) and curb feelers – What Up!!! 8)
