I was paying my local phone company for a business line which I had forwarded to my cell. I called my cell company to see if I could port my business number to my cell. They said sure, so I took out the business line (a savings of around $60 a month) and now my business number is my cell number. I don’t pay my local phone company squat. (Except for yellow page advertising)

I just did 24 pews that were 12 ft long, the backs were not padded. I charged $10 a pew. Took about 8 minutes per pew. Total bill was $240.
I was happy & the church was happy.

When I bought my area in 2005 (Walton County), HB gave me Newton County. I never advertized in Newton County, and I stay pretty busy in Walton County. I had indicated to the state owner that I might be interested in selling Newton County & he found me a buyer. The buyer had to pay $28,900.00 for Newton County. $14,450.00 went to M-Co Inc. & the other $14,450.00 went to me. Maybe this will help.

Jeff, I read somewhere that 80 lbs will be enough to empty the contents.

I get $75.00 for a minimum charge. But I just cleaned some tar spots for a repeat commercial customer, and only charged them $50. It took 30 minutes.

Since I switched to the bag instead of the dirt cup, my clothbag does not have the dust problem.

I cleaned some berber carpet in a family room today. The owner asked me if I could get the indentions out that the furniture had made. They were getting new furniture, and didn’t want those indentions showing. I pulled out my water claw, flooded the area with H2O, and like majic, those indentions disappeared. Another good reason to have a Water Claw.

Mike, I got my packet yesterday from LMCCA. John Steiner is on the Board. My take from the Seminar was strength in “Numbers”. We all know that low moisture is good, suck & soak is bad. It would be great if every Heaven’s Best Operator joined.

I got a call yesterday from a company that specializes in new people that have bought houses in my county (Walton). I got a list of 300 names & addresses last year from this same company. I sent an introdutiion brochure, letter, and $20 off coupon. I probably only sent out around 20.
I did not get any response, so I dropped this idea. The number that called me was 727-943-8640. Good Luck!
