I’ve tried different ways to book the appointment, I’ve tried a detailed response, a short to the point response, the one’s I have booked sometimes have been the one’s that I have e-mailed back & followed up with a phone call, most times they don’t leave there phone number.
Tim nemethParticipantGreg,
It was an absolute pleasure meeting you satureday, Thanks for taking the time to meet up with us on such short notice. The information you shared with us on your version of Heaven’s Best Lease Renewel Program was great. Thanks again.Tim nemethParticipantThats 2008 operator of the year
Tim nemethParticipantHi Mike,
Just got back from our florida 2 day awesome get together, congratulations to Danny White for earning the 2008 operator of the award he has proven that you can be a very succesful operator & still have a solid family life. As my son Jimmy & I were driving back to jacksonville this evening from orlando the #1 one thing that him & I came away with from the seminar was how each person their really valued what each other had to say. You could feel a togetherness that was pretty special. The information we recieved from Laura Burkhard,Greg Miller,Ron Smith & John Steiner was awesome.Tim nemethParticipantThanks for the info Mike.
Tim nemethParticipantWe have a Zero rez franchise here in the jacksonville florida area. I have spoken to a half dozen homeowners over the past few months about them & anytime there name comes up I notice 2 things people say the most, it takes a long time to dry & they are very expensive. I love when people mention them because after we mention the benefits of our process & clean for our new customer we usually get a referral from them.
Tim nemethParticipantThe management company that purchesed this hotel that was built in the 70’s are used to paying 25.00 dollars per room at there other hotels. (none are 5 star) They agreed today to pay $400.00 for the hallway’s to be done (1500 sq. ft.) but will not budge on the 25.00 per room price for the rooms. What is the lowest price you have charged to clean hotel rooms? what was the sq. footage of the rooms? & how many at a time do you clean? & how many times a year do you clean them? Thanks so much for your input.

Tim nemethParticipant5 star ocean front hotel has 7 floors, each floor is about 1500 sq. ft the carpet is new & high end (75.00 per sq. yd.) but has alot of construction dirt on it (sheet rock dust etc.) they also want the rooms done as well, the carpet in the rooms are in perfect condition. 20 rooms per floor & the carpeted area of the rooms are 221 sq. ft. They want the hotel cleaned every quarter, any pricing stratagies or suggestions? Thank you in advance for any feed back.
Jim WilsonTim nemethParticipantI had united healthcare through them & I was very satisified with the coverage, what kind of policy did you or do you have?
Tim nemethParticipantA company called golden rule out of chicago is a rock solid company to deal with (goldenrule.com) they offer health plans with different deductables. Something I would strongly suggest to get is a HSA (Health Savings Account) They are perfect for small buisness owners.
Tim nemethParticipantQuality does’nt cost it pays!!! Go get’em.
Tim nemethParticipantUse a white terry towel, moisten the towel with 101 from the power sprayer & wipe the tight spots out.
See you at the seminar in may’08
