    I don’t know anything about US Merchant. But we’ve signed up with Total Merchant Services and they are absolutely great. We had a problem with our first machine and they sent us a new one immediately. They never charged us for the machines we just pay a pretty low monthly fee. Maybe you should just try to cancel the other account and find someone who has good customer service.

    Joel,

    that used to happen to me when I was installing carpet. I would buy a new pair of carharts and if I didn’t wash them beforehand I would get blue streaks all over the carpet.

    the bottom of my shoes are grey and when I bought them the shoe salesman even took the shoe and wacked it on their waxed floor to see if it would leave a mark. A couple other shoes did but the ones I bought didn’t mark the floor at all. I wonder if mixed with our cleaner, my shoes do mark the carpet. Can our cleaner pull the color our to the soles of our shoes? 🙄

    I think I’m going to be in the market for some white soled shoes here soon, anyone know of a good brand that looks proffesional and can stand up to the abuse.

    where did you get that rake? it would be nice to have something that worked better on berber.

    Thanks Jeff. You’re probably right. It didn’t look like dirt though and I checked my soles when I bought them and they don’t leave streaks. I should just start to wear the booties like you said. Thanks again

    Maybe instead of telling people they aren’t allowed to add extra pickles for their customers because other HB franchisees don’t know how to stretch carpet or simple repairs maybe we should be thinking maybe I need to increase my knowledge so I can provide better service for my customer.

    I had the great good fortune to watch Ammon on the job. We went into a one bedroom apartment together and I saw him repair a hole, stretch an entry way, dye a bleach spot and clean the carpet and still get out of there in an hour. Now he has a extremely happy customer who will call him back because they know he will do what needs to be done so they can rent their apartment without having to call a carpet installer as well.
