This sounds almost exactly like what John warned me about a few months ago. I made sure that the flooring was not polyurethane coated first… In my case, I was going to give a quote for a very good customer and discovered that it was polyurethane coated.

You might call John, he saved me from a problem. He is very, very good at giving good advice on the fly.

    Thanks John Steiner…

    Hope this helps a little.

AWESOME is the best word for your presentation Dirtbag! Very impressive!

The only changes needed are to personalize the basic presentation for each one of us and our location or area and individual personalities.

Thanks a lot for your script template. It took time and effort to create and am sure that it will benefit the entire organization.

    Dan,

I am having the exact same problem. Just noticed it with the up and down temps. One day 60- that night 30. Bubbles were pierced and patched by SAR and now having the same experience.

    Thanks Ron…

I looked into the propane angle and they appear to be a little pricey. It would be infrequent use and non-critical, so a Honda my be a little overkill for our use, but noted. thanks again, Dave

    Dennis,

Can you tell me what brand or any specifics? Does it have a larger surge wattage than 5500w? Thanks, Dave

    Gordon,

I have been cleaning a lot of mobile and manufactured homes for a company that refurbishes them for banks. At $45/room/area..not too bad. However, they are almost always without power.

Our system is mad for this type of home construction since they almost always have particleboard flooring or cheaper plywood. Getting this wet causes major problems like warping. Replacing the carpeting is $1600-$1700 and cleaning about $250 average and 11/2 hrs work…easy math!

I think that the 6250 surge watts and 5500 constant wattage is what I will have to shoot for. It works for the past 25-30 houses I have done for them.

I was only seeking actual experience with lower wattage…with all of the hits to this request, I guess there is none out there yet.

    Thanks Gordon for your interest.

Repetiton is the mother of all skill!

    How true,,,

I returned my van to have the bubbles taken care of and a rip in the vinyl where it had split and when I picked it up, it looked absolutely fantastic!!!

Now only to get the right colors for my son’s van for the front panels…all orange. Not at all like mine or the ones posted here…it will happen.

The look is now very nice.

    Thanks, Cody.

Our 1/2 page ad looks very, very nice…our placement went to the bottom in the Verizon book however.

Chem dry took out two full pages in color and jumped to the front of the listing and then another guy named Spotless…misnomer- we get his customers regularly took out 1 full page, and then the #1 guy in town with a 1/2 page as always ad and then Stanley with 1/2 page and then us…whew…then everyone else.

I can’t even imagine the fee for 2 color pages…mega$$$$$

Home Depot probably helped just a tad…

The ad looks great though and is as good as anyone could want…

    thanks Cody!!!!

    Mike,

    Go to http://www.waterclaw.com

I am going to try to make one of them and possibly, if it works, make more for my son and me…amazingly simple tool, but $$$$$.

There is an awesome demo on their site…stunning. Hope this helps.

    Holly,

Why a Heaven’s Best shirt? In your example in the newsletter, in the finished, cropped photo, he could be wearing any blue shirt….the Heaven’s Best logo is not visible, so what difference could it make?

We own them and will wear them, but seems odd to have a requirement for no sensible reason.
