Your carpets are never soaked and will dry in about 1 hour! We never use steam, shampoos or chemicals in the cleaning process

We do sometimes soak the carpets (pet problems and when we extract our specialty prouducts, we steam the red dye removal and wax, and yes we do use chemicals
Definitions of chemical on the Web:

relating to or used in chemistry; “chemical engineer”; “chemical balance”
produced by or used in a reaction involving changes in atoms or molecules
of or made from or using substances produced by or used in reactions involving atomic or molecular changes; “chemical fertilizer

maybe “our normal cleaning prosess doesn’t
    food for thought

on one of the commercil contract I do every year had the problem with one seam. (pointed it out before I cleaned for them) went to my apartments grabbed some tile glue (I had it lying around else i would have bought carpet glue) and my spreader went back cleaned the carpet, fixed the seam. when the gals came into work that next monday not only were they commenting on how nice the carpets looked but that we also fixed that nasty trip hazzard. that was last fall. went ther 2 weeks ago to work out some advertising and it still looked great.

Treat every job like it was a Million Dollar Job, I heard somewhere that a happy custumer will tell 2-3 people a unhappy one tells 10. I went to a job yester day asked howd ya hear about us. client said a neihber had said what a wonderful job we did on her mothers home, and as she was saying that a client of hers came in and said she absolutely loved our system, and our custmer service was awsome! 😀

After a quick search on the internet the quick books simple start and the customer manager program does far less then quicken 2007 premier home and business. priced at $79.99, I must be missing something please inform me of the advantages of going the route corporate has come up with.

after a little more seaching I have found that the customer manager intergrates with

Customer Manager can automatically synchronize contact information with QuickBooks Simple Start, Basic, Pro, and Premier Editions 2003, 2004, 2006 and 2007. It also works with Microsoft® Outlook 2000, 2002, 2003 and 2007 and Microsoft Outlook® Express 5.5 and 6.0. Flexible settings allow you to control which types of information are shared. For instance, you could allow Customer Manager to automatically pull in your QuickBooks customers but not your QuickBooks employees. In addition, you can import data into Customer Manager from any other program that allows you to export data in the CSV (comma-separated values) or text data file format, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, or Quicken®. But you cannot share information automatically back and forth between these applications and Customer Manager.

so using the mailing and such would be a little more difficult

    what else?
