Good job Steve!Just building our commercial base right now this year is goping to be awsome! Hired a guy to go out and get new accounts and to do the work he is having very good results.

PatIn the winter I cary one milk crate (6 gallon type)101, 102,dry solvent, rust rem, red dye mix spotter bottle and other essestionals I carry that up front w/ me when I get to the house I bring that and my sprayer in and dont carry any other liquids w/ me we screen over the phone for pet issues or anything other then normal so we are prepaired

Just talked to the folks at Ninja if this is the one corp is selling (ninja 1200 psi hard surface extracter) it does have an ajustable psi and can be operated with or with out the auto dump feature and fresh water supply (using the tanks)
Patbut really for that kind of money (and a second piece of equipment) a guy might fbe better of investing is an auto scrubber lot more effiecient on the bigger jobs
I looked at the upgraded Ninja last year for tyle and grout the one I was looking at had an ajustable psi on it so it could be used for apholstry two.
Patchildren will also learn early to take of what they have so there will be money for new stuff 🙂 I suggest every time a child earns money start having them putting there money where it needs to go

go play spend the rest or save for bigger ticket items
I also set each one up with there own quicken accountshopefully buy the time they fly away they will be have good financial disaplin sorry I cant spell 🙂
me personaly I refuse to do bussiness with those computer generated calls i find it to be in bad taste and disrespectfull. but if it works for you thats awsome 🙂
