So far I have not had to. I do scrub the seats pretty hard if needed and have been able to remove most everything with the upholstery mate.
IN28ParticipantI do charge extra for red dye removal on the carpet. I have done a few of these. Mostly everything else I can remove with 101. I have only had to use other products on a few claims and I did charge for the work I did. I do try to keep the price reasonable since I want to make sure they keep sending the work.

IN28ParticipantJim,
I have done a lot of Permaplate claims. They have no problem paying a minimum charge. When I clean 1 or both of the front seats I charge my minimum of $100 or more if they are very stained or require additional work like ink removal. You could have the customer call Permaplate to add the additional stains to the work order. Many times I will remove an extra spot or two if it only takes a few minutes. Permaplate has been great. I cleaned a car a month ago for a nice lady who owns a Gym. We have since cleaned her Gym, her husbands jewlery store, and for 3 other referrals. Not bad 5 jobs so far off 1 Permaplate. I have done about 50 Permaplate claims so far and have had no problems with anything up to this point. I hope they keep coming.

IN28ParticipantCody,
PermaPlate claims have been fantastic. I have been doing a bunch of them every week. Not only is it work to fill in the gaps on your schedule, but make sure to let these people know what else we can do for them. I have been able to pick up some other work from these claims. These customers think we are auto detailers, so be sure to ask for the work. PermaPlate has paid me on some of the claims in less than two weeks. These claims are a great opportunity to grow your business without paying for advertising while getting paid for the work. For the most part these claims are easy work.
