Thanks for the suggestions. We’ll let you know how this one goes!
IN01ParticipantI’m still having issues with the size columns. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
IN01ParticipantI don’t know how well this works for those of you in Southern California but my mom and a lot of her friends who live in HIGH-END areas in Huntington Beach always get their home service type of people out of the Pennysaver. My mom is constantly looking in there. It’s not very expensive to advertise there at all, 30 bucks or so last I checked, but it’s been a while. Her friends say they use it more than the phone book. It’s worth a shot. If we had it out here I’d use it! Then, if you just get one job, you are still ahead of the game.
IN01ParticipantHey Tyler,
We got a registration key from Holly and entered it into our program at the end of the “30-day trial” thing. It didn’t give us any more “you have …days to use this program” stuff from then on, but when we installed the update with the new logos, it started over again and even when you enter the registration key, all it does is restart the 30 days again. Is this how it’s supposed to work? Or is there something else we need to do?IN01ParticipantYou bring up a good point about which area you “serve.” In our area we are puzzle-pieced with the neighboring counties so area is a concern. It would be great if we could have an opportunity but even if we don’t have that option, I know for us, we just give them Shawn’s number if they’re not in our county. It’s good to have neighboring operators on speed-dial anyway! 😀
IN01ParticipantI actually worked for HB for the last 4 years, my wife has a BA in English and when we got married, decided we wanted to work together. No point in getting married to be apart. Since we both believed in the product we decided HB was the way to go. Exercise, income and time together. What more could you want out of a job!!!!

Dorchester County, SCIN01ParticipantComing from an area w/a heat index of up to 120 degrees during the summer (and that is definitely NOT a “dry” heat), people expect sweat whether you’re standing still or running a marathon. T-shirt, polo, button-down, when you’re working hard, it doesn’t really matter what it’s made of or what anti-persp. you use, you sweat. Recommendation–the lighter-color material (i.e. white). The lighter color the material, the less the sweat areas contrast with the original shirt color. Don’t know about everyone else, but when we’re working, we sweat no matter what time of year! Undershirts may help and can be changed between jobs for cheaper than keeping a supply of 5 logo shirts a day to change between jobs. Just a thought…
