Let me clarify a little better. What I was thinking is to have two extra buttons added to the program. One would be on the schedule appointment page and click the thank you button it would them automatically print out your address, phone, etc and also print out the customers info and the postcard as well. With a single click. When it comes time to send out a reminder card you can again click a button I guess it could be the same button.

I haven’t tried the coffee remover on urine stains. I will have to try that. I have always used red dye remover on them if the normal solution won’t get them out. Once again it works better on dry carpet.

Over half of our customers have pets and most of those have pet problems. It is not fun to clean them up but if we didn’t we would probably lose have of our customers because of this. We charge by the amount of time and by how much cleaner we use. I’ve heard of people having a minium of $125 on pet problems. Sometimes I love the pets because they keep us coming back more often that if they didn’t have pets. I agree with the Devlin brothers I don’t like another carpet cleaner coming into a customers house.

The best thing for urine on wool is red dye remover with no heat and let sit for 10-15 minutes depending on how yellow. Flush and extract. My experience says that it works okay. Urine on wool is hard and should be charged accordingly. Wool carpet can be price at $30-120$ a yard, one salesman told me. Very exspensive. I think most customers would like it out.

No I don’t know how close they are to make national ads, but they do have some tv commercial ads that you can look at. Talk to Cody about them.

When I go on vacations I like to travel on nights. One reason is less traffic and seems to go shorter, and two because there are areas that I don’t get coverage, potenial customers hardly ever leave messages. The places that I visit have good cell phone coverage. I usually take only weekends and 3 day weekends.
