I just saw my misprint. It was 49,900 not 449,900. Any way we are getting close to opening the pizza place so we have dropped the price. You will get the Kitsap County WA territory and the Shasta county CA territory, one 2005 ford E150 with all new logos, all my phone numbers, customer lists and some random equipment all for 34,000. If this is some thing you would like to do I can also finance you with 5,000 down

    Thanks Dan

on the information sheet it asks what services you provide for fabric, leather, wood, and other. so what services do you all provide. do you just clean spots?

I have lived and cleaned in Poulsbo WA (Kitsap County) for the past 2 years. I just thought it was time to cut ties with CA

So this will be my last post on this sale. I will sell the territory for $10,000 if any one would like to buy it this month. That is a savings of $4,500 from corporate pricing. This is one of the last territories on the I-5 in a growing county. I have moved from California to Washington so will not be able to operate this territory. If anyone would like more info let me know.

We cleaned for Motel 6. We charged $10 a room min 50 rooms a week. We had 2 branches doing 100 rooms total per week. It was cheap per room, but that was $4000 a month with no advertising. Motel 6 in Humboldt stopped using us (new local management was pro stream), but according to Motel 6 management, every Motel 6 in the nation has to clean every room at least 1 time per month. Management said they had new owners and wanted to clean up their image. That would be a great place to start becuse we know that they use outside cleaners. If we had some in Kitsap County, WA I would be cleaning for them now – as long as the manager is not pro steam.

hi, when we were in humboldt county ca we cleaned exclusively for motel 6. I would like to know if you have contracts with any motels. if so what are their names and how much do you charge. we are curious what chains hb operators are working with, that is, what chains use local cleaners vs traveling or in house cleaners. motel 6 in humboldt got a new manager that did not like our services (pro steam). if we all share our corporate accounts we all might benefit. thank you and the letter looks great.

We use sm and do very well with them. I also talked to them and they said for heavens best operators that it would be $49.95 to join you will just have to talk to your sales rep about it or they will charge you $99. Also if you look at there web site they have chem.-dry name on it under carbonated cleaners. I was told by my sales rep that if we all call or if the mane office would call and ask they would put the heavens best name under low-moisture cleaners. This would expand the heavens best recognition on this site. So if all the people that currently use sm would call and ask for this it might be a good thing

    this is what they ask

What type of cleaning process do you prefer?
    Steam Cleaning Method
    Carbonated (Chem-dry) Cleaning Process 👿
    Dry Foam Cleaning Method
    Low Moisture Cleaning
    Shampoo Cleaning Method
    Would like recommendation

    Stain Guard protection

    Other
