FL18Participant
Thanks for your hard work Justin. I am an at&t/cingular guy here. I will update on my profile page or info page. It’s exciting to see our company staying ahead of the game with updated technologies. Thanks again for your hard work and we appreciate the time, thought and effort you guys put into all of your HB operators/owners.
Mike
FL18ParticipantI agree with you guys. I do dis-like pet stains very much. I guess I should up the price like you guys did. We used to include it in our overall cleaning price but I learned very quickly that I wasn’t charging enough. If they want it gone, they will pay for it. I rarely have it be just a few pet stains. I have mentioned before to clients that the only sure fire way to deal with the problem, is to do away with sparky. I know that is hard but it is honest when the dog or cat has no potty training.
FL18Participantgood info Dave.
FL18ParticipantThanks bro. 😀
FL18Participantgreat for you dooley! When you say holes; do you mean that the tile is very pouros. If not cleaning for however many years, I can see how that would be a tough one. Glad it turned out great. Have a good weekend. Go Longhorns! 😀
Mike
FL18Participantthanks for the posts guys. I look forward to getting a kit and see video as well. Hey Calloway, was it difficult or did you find it pretty simple?
FL18ParticipantGreat! 😮
How is verizon working for you Ron? We have thought of switching to them. I have att&t wireless (formerly known as cingular wireless)for now and noticed that wasn’t an option under the my info spot for this new text service but I know as posted above that it is being worked on. Hope it works out with at&t.

FL18ParticipantCody, Devlin and Laura’s combo advice there is great. I haven’t tried the cushion method yet but most certainly will. I had a similar situation with a cotton velvet couch and Cody gave similar advice when I called him about it. Worked great. Hope all is well.
FL18ParticipantThat great guys. I will call him today and find out the info. Thanks for sharing the info JCalloway.

FL18ParticipantTo Neil, Ron and all the Heaven’s Best Family,
Today is a new day and I woke up with an open mind and good heart. I have a degree is Sociology and should have remembered things I learned when I was commenting yesterday. There are two sides to everything. I went back and read through and realized that Neil, Ron and some others were genuinly concerned about an everyday part of our process and were just trying to find an answer to better serve their clients and better themselves as a Heaven’s Best franchise. For all said, I do deeply apologize. I am usually a positive force on this forum and want to continue to be. My birthday was yesterday, 28 years old, and I guess the reality of 30 is kicking in. No offense to you older and wiser guys out there. I tend to have a hard time with birthdays.
Neil and Ron,
I value both of you. You have both helped me more than you know. Please forgive me for my childish behavior. I learn a lot from you guys and hoped I have helped you all. Thank you for your findings and research to better the company as a whole. I thought 101 was specifically a trade secret. I was wrong. 😳 I wish you and all the best and continue to pray for you and all on a daily basis. Have a great weekend and don’t work too hard. 😀
God Bless
FL18ParticipantCody,
Thanks for clearing that up.
Neil,
Hope you got what you are looking for and wish the best regardless.
Ron,
You seem “convinced” of something and I don’t appreciate your petty and snide little personal message you sent me. Post it for all to see, you don’t seem to have a problem “personally attacking” me. When I said post a complaint or comment, I was refering to the comments and complaints tab on our website but you forgot to quote that part. Good luck buddy.
FL18Participantjust read everything above Dave, regarding Neil and Ron.
FL18ParticipantPersonal attacks huh? WOW is right. This must be way over my head or something.
FL18ParticipantNeil and Ron,
I decline to continue this discussion. Thanks for your input.

FL18ParticipantI feel, Neil, that your thirst for knowledge should be directed to the comments and complaints sections of the website. I guess my customers don’t ask because the carpet looks, smells and IS clean. If there is a residue, then so what. Your everyday household water from home has Chlorine in it, not to mention whatever other chemicals are put into tap water. Consider that your hoover vac may have some dust and dirt remaining in it from your jobs. Unless you wash the cloth bag on a daily basis, then you will have stuff left in your vacuum. One of your recent customers may have used carpet fresh. That stuff gets down to the padding and is a very fine powder. My wife vacuums our carpet everyday with our hoover and even after I wash the cloth bag dust will be in the cup regarless, even after using 101 on a freshly washed cloth bag. I live at sea level here in south texas with high southern winds on a constant basis and this contributes to the dust getting in the house or maybe my doors and windows need re caulked or something. Not to mention the immense amount of skin cells you shed on a daily basis. Pets don’t help with the dust and dirt either. We have two dogs that come in and out several times a day through our doggy door. The point is, so you have found something that concerns you. Call Cody, John or post a complaint or comment. Your “findings”, Neil, in my opinion are reason for worry for some of us, new or veteran operators/city owners. We need to have faith and belief that our products are the best and that there is no problem or flaw with products they use and believe in. The bulletin board is a place for help, learning and yes—concerns and comments about the everyday running of the business. You sound and seem to doubt what the cleaning solution is doing and when asked, just simply tell them it’s a non-toxic cleaning solution with no sticky residue or no oily residue. I admit, there are times I know the carpet feels “crunchy or hard” after we clean, but have also noticed it will not do this on some carpets, and it will on others. Maybe, just maybe, this could be attributed to the type of carpet it is. My experience has come to find that the carpet feels fluffy about 95% of the time. Now, back to no sticky or oily residue, ok, so there must be a residue; don’t most chemicals or cleaning solution have some kind of residue, maybe. All I know is that since 1983 this company has been cleaning and providing cleaning products that work or else you and I wouldn’t be here. I tried it today, and had no “dirty powder” nor did my finishing towel show any dirt or grey color, it was as white as before I cleaned.
Below is a paragraph from polymerconcepts.net under the Our Products tab on left side of this web site. I typed in encapsulation products in google and found this.
“Encapsulation chemistry cleans better and helps carpet stay clean longer…by surrounding each soil particle and then crystallizing it so it does not attract other soils. The encapsulated particles release from the fiber and are easily extracted with normal vacuuming. And since there’s no dirt attracting residue left behind, the carpet stays clean longer.”
So, maybe this is what your looking for. Now that you have the answer, if this is the answer, then so what. 101 works and hopefully you are telling customers to vacuum on a regular basis if this is what you believe. Keep in mind that this website is selling a service or products as well. This is there “big” selling point and means nothing in relation to our cleaning solution. 💡
I would be down about it also, if I saw it for myself. Untill then, I will not question nor violate my trust with Heaven’s Best. I think Cody does not have to respond to your concern on this bulletin board or any forum unless he saw fit to do so because of two simple words Gordon mentioned in an earlier reply
“trade secret”. When customers start complaining, then I will worry about it. So far, of the 200 plus customers I have cleaned for in three years in the biz, not a one
not one—has called to have me come back nor to complain. Want to know what problems I have with our system? I haven’t found one yet. 😀Mike Nowlin
