I do realize that not everything is perfect. I try to be in my work but have to realize I am human. For the price, yes, they better be installed correctly. I can handle a FEW bubbles, but not excessive. Did you return it to get it fixed. I just hope they have the knowledge already without having to talk to 3M. Thanks for the info.

I think the logos are great. I have showed my customers the new logos (pics of them) and they are just as excited as I am. We are about to take the big “swing”. The investment will be worth it. Can’t wait to get.

Just put all your heart into it. Ask God, if it’s part of his plan, if he can help you with the strength and courage to go out there everyday. We are in our 3 year and still building. Showed a profit in second year of business. That is great, not for taxes, but means we are growing semi-rapidly. Every free hour or minute should be PR. Be sure to cut it off atleast by 8 pm but give it your all. Some days I get down, the Lord picks me back up. A lot of prayer helps. Belive in what you do and know you are the best carpet cleaner in the country.

Realize, and you will when you start scrubbing the grout, that it is a loooootttttttt more work than carpet. Go with .50 to .85 cents psf. We are researching other competitors prices and the average is .70 cents psf. You will probably come to find that not many companies provide this service. Not where I am at anyways.

You probably figured out that what you received with the franchise was kind of a sampler of pads. I like them all. I tend to find that the thin white pads work well on berber, belive it or not. Can’t go wrong with BBC or Regular green turf pads. Thin turf pads work well on the really dirty edges. Welcome to the greatest family in the world.

If you do carpet, tile and wood. You pretty much got it covered. Go anywhere, to any business. 60% of our business is commercial. When we started it was about 80%. Nothing wrong with that. It just means we are getting more residential, which we want. Commercial jobs are great but want the best deal obviously. Offer a free demo. Every free demo we have offered has landed us the job, plus there is no obligation. Be sure to mention that. Who turns down a free demo.

I think it’s a great idea. I love the current HB4 program but it doesn’t give your net worth, just as quickbooks does, for those of us who are somewhat mathmatically inclined. I realize this may be pricy but I think it will be well worth it.

I posted my weirdest story not too long ago about cleaning up a Gimsbock piss. It is an African Antelope type of creature. Very pretty though. Saw here again the other day. Very big now. Apparently, the pet enzyme can clean Gimsbock pee. So, there it is again. My weirdest yet.

The question is “why not”. Tile and grout is very labor intensive, but it is it’s own seperate buiness. In other words, once you get those tile jobs going it’s like a whole nother business in itself. Charge anywhere from .50 cents to 1.25 per sq ft. It is tough work, but puts more money in your pocket.

It is on the invoice books in bottom right hand corner that states ” $25 per month late fee” and so on. Most companies won’t pay the late fees anyways.
