Go to google.com and do a search for Saltillo tile. You will see pics of it and find all there is to know. I see it on a daily basis or at least every other day. Saltillo tile is also known as Mexican tile, terrazo tile. Has two or 3 different names. You can buy saltillo tile in the raw form with no wax or glaze on it. Some come with a factory glaze already on it. It is a fairly cheap tile, easy to clean, seal and finish. I have some pics I plan to post after Jason with corporate helps me on that one. I have an e-mail into him already. Send me your e-mail and I will shoot you the pics. Anyone else interested, send me your e-mail. Saltillo may be cheap to buy but is expensive to buy and have installed because the grout tends to be anywhere from an inch to 3 inches thick. A lot of work involved when doing this one because of size of grout but is worth the results and money you can charge. Have you come across it in your area? Let me know. You typically will see this in the southern U.S. Hope to hear from you.

BSutton, are u paying for this, and what does it run you on average? Our tax office has never said or sent anything on this. Corporate has never said anything about this either.

Thanks for the reply. I was just curious. I realize that if you have a strong are that is developed, and your ready to retire or give it up for whatever reason, then that’s great. Thanks again.

I was really happy to see an Astro with a window on passanger side. I belive it was on previous page of these postings. I have an Astro with a window on the passanger side as well. I’m gonna say this, not only because I have an Astro, but because of the look. Here it goes, no body be offended or upset. I think the Astro, with new logos, looks more “tight” or perfect for the logos. The bigger vans look a little spread out. No offense, I plan to upgrade my van to hold more equipment as well. I guess I am just overly excited to see the same Astro with window on side like ours. All of your vans look great.

Some help here. I am fixing to purchase the logo pack. What should I go over with installer before having them done, or is corporate going to do this. Silly questions I know, just want it done right. I can handle the little bubbles, i had them on the old stickers. I also want to know what you guys did to get off the old ones.

I don’t use the dry solvent, but the times I have, it works great.

Fresh scent is the way to go. Would love to see the water claw in action. Hi Joe.

Blood remover, rust remover or straight Orange will do the trick. If it is from the plant, then blood remover is the way to go.

I agree with eddy. Educating the customer before the cleaning is a win win situation. You guarantee that you will do everything you can, not perform miracles. I know it’s hard though. You are giving your all, I know that too, but you have to know when to say when. It is permanent, most likely. My wife usually has to slap me to get me off a stain that won’t budge, just kidding about the slapping of course. You obviously go the extra mile. That’s what we are supposed to do. Great job bro.

Actually, ceramic tile can be sealed and finished as well. Cody was right. There are differences on sealer when it comes to sealing tile and grout. An all in one, tile and grout sealer, aka grout treater, acts as a base coat for the wax and shine. If the customer does not want the wax and shine, then don’t do it. Some sealers are spicifically made for the grout only, it is very detailed and will produce great results, but you will most likely lose the bid to competitor because of the extreme amount of time it takes to do this. In the case of grout treater, there is no problem putting this product on ceramic tile. Good luck.

Jason is currently working on a program that will intergrate quickbooks with the heaven’s best program. I believe it will “take your recording/reporting to the next level. If all goes well, according to Jason, the program will make it’s debut at the seminar in LV. Jason didn’t go into too much detail because it is a work in progress. Hopefully it will take you to the ultimate level.

It’s hard to think that any war could do any good. But since the begining of man, war was there. Freedom has always had a high cost. I do greatly appreciate the men and women, past and present, for fighting for oppurtunies such as, owning a heaven’s best franchise. There’s so much more to it than that. God Bless us all.

I would go .85 to 1.00 for the inclusion of the sealer. Call other cleaners in your area and you will get an idea. Just don’t make it obvious what you do.

No offense, but that ticks me off when people make sells calls to me. That’s me though. If it cost nothing but air, then wouldn’t hurt to try. I think it would make more people angry than interested. Give it a shot. Try direct mailers. You can buy mailing list for a reasonable price. If you want to target high end, then go to your local city or county office and ask for demographics on population by income level, or something to that nature.
