Yes sir, just one. They have about 1500 sf total. This was just a demo to help get our feet wet and then when they are ready, we will finish it off. Yep, it is dried. All they have to do is maintain it, basic mopping, dust mopping, etc and it will look “wet” for 6 months to a year depending on amount of traffic, and if they maintain it as I mentioned above. Watch out for verizon. They did a quarter page ad for us at $375 a month. It looked fantastic, I will say that much. However, I received two phone calls off of the ad. Those jobs brought in about $250 bucks. We complained about it and the promises made, sales numbers from the past that showed promise for carpet cleaners in their phonebook, was a bunch of horse puckey. Who know’s maybe it will work for you. I hope and pray that it does. If not, then get your money back. Hope all is well.

Yep, I’m about to strangle this lady from the “user friendly phone book”. I appreciate their efforts and understand the attempts to sell, just as we sell our services. I do, at least, here what they have to say or sell because you never know what they have to offer and the potential benefits but don’t call me 5 times a day, you know. Good info Ron.

We’re proud of you Jason and the quick fit you have become. I do apologize for “letting the cat out of the bag” so to speak. Keep me in mind as a guniea pig. Yo Joe, I’ll have to frog you for that one, just kidding. Just to clarify for all. I wasn’t really having a bad day. Just defending the Corporate office and those of us who get on here for help. I admit, I will make a useless post every now and then, but some things that get said make me feel like someone putting down my wife, for example, or my family. I consider everyone at that corporate office a part of my family, as well as the rest of you. All of you have intelligence if you made a business decision such as opening a Heaven’s Best franchise. I love all of you, regardless of knowing you, and wish the best for all. I would have any of your backs anyday. Hey Joe, how’s mini Joe and Roe? Miss you guys. Never forget the time we had in Idaho. I can always say I had a real Idaho potato. How’s business Joe? You got the new logos yet? I know you do. By the way, tell the Giants to take it easy on the Cowboys would ya.

Good point Gary. Hey Jwoelk, this is why; For Example– A town here in Texas called Pettus, where my wife is from, Is 250 miles away from San Antonio, McAllen(my Area), Corpus Christi, 500 miles from Dallas, 250 Miles from Houston, etc.. I don’t have any problems with rural areas. Why not hit them up if they are within 50, even 100 miles away. But cleaning in a small town of 86 people won’t have you laughing to the bank, but crying and saying why God. I get your point, no doubt about that. This has happened to an operator here in Texas. She started off with a town of 2000, which is small to me, and now owns Corpus area, but she struggled for quite a while with this area, regardless of the amount of PR that was done. Thank God Corpus was only an hour and half away. Violet Aden is her name. She got us into the business and I thank God for her everyday. I pray for her at the same time. I realize that no one would start a Heaven’s Best in a town with 86 people. Again, I should have used a better choice of words. Thanks for replys.

I can see a rural area not selling for worth a darn, but I said this before, why start a HB franchise in a rural area. Hope all is well.
I was just doing some good ol picking on a fellow Texan. No harm done. Hope all is well. We can only control what goes on in our own lives I guess. To comment on the outside install post above from Dave. If you knew the guy did it outside then why let him do it the first place. Whatever floats your boat. Maybe there was no where else to do it.
