Franchise express working good for you Ron? How many you running per month?
Evan–Good to hear brother. Just keep doing your thing and you will be fine. Great that the craig’s list is working for you. Craigs list doesn’t have anything for us here in Texas, except El Paso. Anyway, hope all is well and we’ll keep you in our prayers as well as all the other operators.

FL18ParticipantHey bro. I am sending you an e-mail right now for some ad customizing. Hope all is well. We are rained soaked down here.
Mike Nowlin
FL18Participantnot so much worried about the pee. Just the graphite penicl.
FL18ParticipantBe sure to let corporate know, or they will now anyways. If you think they are different or are having problems, then someone else might be as well. Hope all is well and let us know how it turns out.
Mike
FL18ParticipantTake the checks in to your county court house and ask where you can have this taken care of. Try to collect the money and tell them to pay cash or credit. Call Radio Shacks corporate office in Ft. Worth, Tx. Don’t let these people think they can walk all over you. Go to those Radio Shacks and collect from them. They get their paychecks on time I bet. That just makes me sick. The management has to have a corporate credit card they can pay you with. Charge them late fees, finance charges, etc. I know some of you may turn your heads at this but this is why we have trouble paying our bills. With commercial accounts comes commercial size head aches which is why I have been asking so many of you what works best for ad’s in your area. Anyway, don’t just let it be. If you get the rep that you can be walked upon, then you will. Hope all is well and hope it works out. I realize it’s more important to move ahead but seriously, you can do something about this.

FL18ParticipantEvan,
BSutton said it all man. Follow those procedures and you should be fine. Look at your “quick reference guide” for stains provided here on the web site under operators only. Everything you need to know is in the procedures manual brother. Product knowledge will go a long way so study up on that on a daily basis. I’ve been in now 4 years and still have to study it from time to time. Congrats on 1st job. My 1st job was a smoker who would ash on her carpet in front of couch and it was a big L shaped stain. Look at these pics below.
Before:
After:
The pics look better in the Album, trust me.
This was more than just ashes, it was grease, grime, ash, dust, dirt and somewhere in all that was a red dye stain.Sorry pics are bad. God Bless and good luck.

FL18ParticipantJust curious Matt. Why did you stop? Did you get any calls at all? Thanks for the info and reply.
Mike
FL18ParticipantHey Nev,
Everything ok or did things not work out for you. Shoot me an E-mail: heavensbestsouth@sbcglobal.net
FL18ParticipantI did a few days before the last post above.
Thanks,
Mike
FL18ParticipantI’m having trouble. Wants to buy some adobe software, but we do have the reader or whatever. Hope u got my e-mail.
Mike
FL18ParticipantGreat Grant,
Good move. I should have been doing that myself. We did mention to the owners/managers but I guess we will have to put it writing or something. Keep up the good work brother.
God Bless
FL18ParticipantAmen to that HBLV.
FL18Participantthanks guys. I appreciate the info. Our slow time of the year is June and July–hot climate here south tex. September is always slow for some reason. The other months are pretty good with spring being busy or consisten. I mostly have commercial accounts and am trying to get more residential. Thanks again guys, keep ’em coming.
Mike Nowlin
FL18ParticipantThanks Gordon. I appreciate it. Hope all is well with your son and you as well. Thanks for the info. What do think about Direct Mailing–post cards, etc.
Mike Nowlin
FL18ParticipantHey guys,
Look under NEW LOGOS AND RELATED ITEMS—COMMERCIALS—for a chunk of info on this. You guys are discussing a more localized commercial obviously but thought you might be interested.
