I mix 2 oz of quick boost with 4 oz of 102 in a gallon jug about 1/2 full. (Mix the quick boost before adding the 102. Then I am ready any time to up the strength of the cleaner by adding to a regular jug of 101. I keep 3 or 4 of thes full and ready to go all the time in the van. Has worked great for me.

started with the magnetic signs first. one stuck to my car and pulled the paint off the others kept flying of on the interstate. I go only with stickers now. They are a little harder to remove but do not tear up the paint job like the magnets.

I was given a commercial washer from the high school where I work when they replaced the old one. I have had it a while with no where to hook it up. My employee said why not ask the local fire departments if they would like the washer in trade for getting to wash there when we have dirty pads. The fire department was very happy to take the washer. They have agreed to pay for the hot water and electricity. I am happy and they are happy. Should save some money and help the community as well. I am so blessed. We are going to hook it up on Thursday.

I agree with your statement about the pads getting shredded. I found some pads like our woven turf pads. I found that the friction caused the buffer to over heat. Can not find any green striped pads so far.

    Greg,
I send a reminder once a month. I don’t use the reminder cards I make my own postcards and also do a newsletter every other month. I send it to every person on my customer list.

I slightly modified Mike’s package ans use it all the time to get my foot in the door. I then return and hopefully book the job. I really like the way Mike set it up.

If you want to get motivated I have a couple of examples.
    1. Bible
    2. Rich Dad Poor Dad
    3. Secrets fo the Millionaire Mind
    4. Think and Grow Rich
All will contribute to a thinking change. So many times we get in a rut and a good book can help us change something to help us improve our business.

I have never tied val pak but I do use a company called RSVP. They target the 40-50 thousand richest people in your area. I like focusing on the high end clientel. You might want to try them. My first mailing was 5 cents per postcard. 40,000 was 2000 dollars. I broke even on the first tiral. Will try again in March.

I have cleaned in a home where the woman rides around in one of those hoverounds. Her tire marks will not come out of the carpet either.
