Hey Mike, I’m working w/ Holly on this to either give you a description or get one posted on the web for the door mats.

That’s great Cody. The DVD will be very helpful to all of us. I’m looking forward to learning more about all the different processes. Thanks for your reply.

I agree with you Ron. It’s always nice to have some factual information in print to back up what you’re saying. Maybe it could be a part of the manual that operators get when they attend training. For operators who have already been to training, maybe a supplement that could be downloaded and printed at home would work. What do you think corporate?

that is a user preference. There is a way to change that in the program. Once your on the invoice screen, where you input the rooms and what not, it you look at the top where it tells you what field you’re in, you can click on that field heading, it will change the way it’s organized. i.e. if you go and click on the are/item header, you will change how that field is arranged.

    Thanks for the replies,

You all know my pain! 🙂

Do each of you find that that the upholstery mate or the portable suck out the urine well? Any suggestions for a more powerful suction???

I will go back to search for discussions on heavy traffic areas too. I’d like to make sure I do those better…if possible.

Mike, thanks for answering Matt’s question! True, he was probably asking me, but that’s fine! That’s kinda what I set this up for, not only so you can tell me, but just let everyone know what problems your’e having so that any of us could answer it for you, after all we are all here to learn, yes even me! 😉

So to all, if you know the answer to some one’s question, don’t hesitate to jump in the drivers seat and go for the answer! And thank you to all who post and reply!

Hey Ron, where are you? I was anxious to hear what you thought about this.

I really don’t think a customer is going to sit on the phone the entire time listening to everything he has to say. I think it’s rather unprofessional for a phone recording. If you’re going to provide a customer information like this, put it on your website.

I agree w/ what’s been said, it seems like he’s trying to scare customers in to using him……I’ll pas this on to Cody and Holly and see what they say about it.

I listened for 6 minutes 56 seconds before I hung up–learned a few things, but it was all propaganda to promote what he was selling (making the other guy look bad so he’d look good). If I had been a consumer calling to schedule an appointment for carpet cleaning, I wouldn’t have listened a minute. I don’t think we have a problem!

HI Loren, Sorry to hear you’re having problems and have had no success with him. Install the latest update and see what that does for you, Blair Thuesson was having similar problems. As far as the invoice, Blai is once again having the similar problem, I’m in the process of getting blair to e-mail Doug a copy of one of his backups so he can try and figure out what’s up w/ that.

Thank you to all that have replied, whether it be to say the programs working fine or to note problems. Continue to let me know about problems you are facing. I’ve talked w/ the creater of the program and he’s done an update on it, I would encourage every one to go and get this update, and hopefully it will solve problems you are having.

If you try to download it, and it does not appear to be downloading I know a way around the download w/i the scheduler, that will allow us to get the download installed. 😉 😈 *evil laugh* Nothin but pure genious here! hahahaha!!!! j/k
