You might want to open up the batting under the couch. Bring your staple gun. If the old folks she bought it from had dry skin, you might find alot of it down in the bottom.

The answer may simply be to open the bottom and vacuum.

    I’m with Patrick,
I have tested 3 different Bonnet chemicals from the cleaners market, and they all left sticky residues. You have nothing to fear.
He can’t duplicate your success without hiring a chemist.

I concur with Jim. I bought out a steam cleaner, before I switched over to HB, and I can say without a doubt that I can get more stains out of the carpet with the Bonnet method, and keep them out.

I actually did side by side comparisons in duplexes, with the landlord watching. The results speak for themselves.

Another important thing is, what ever you do… do it with confidence.
People can tell when your unsure of yourself.

** Park your van down the street, and hire a steam cleaner to come clean 2 rooms in your house. After he leaves, clean the rest of your house and compare the difference. After that, clean those 2 rooms with your equipment. You will see the difference.

I always tell them it would be quick and easy to “do it” online, and save half a dollar. Or at least it will be soon enough…

I use 1:16 in a spray bottle, and it is always in my spot tray.

    Thanks Dave,
I have a long time client with multiple rentals that is in need of an increase.
I just want to ensure the best possible wording.

Now the cat is out of the bag. You where supposed to take it to the grave.
The suspence would have drove Dirtbag nuts….
Alright, no actual cats where hurt in this joke.
Mike, if Trisha doesn’t believe you, she can ask me directly.
I wasn’t trying to get you in trouble.

On another note; you where a little ill at the meeting.
    Are you feeling any better?

I haven’t used any wax on laminate. Although John at the corp. office said it is possible. I’m not sure I would want to put wax on it.

25.00 just to clean the carpet?? If they would give me at least 2 at a time, I would take it. The gang down in south Texas is doing beach side hotel room for 14.00 per. Talk to Mike Nowlin….
    Good Luck

At the seminar, I was going to give a top 10 list of why the client would stop payment of the check. We didn’t have time to include it, though I passed on the number one answer.

I stated that Mike kicked the family cat through a plate glass window.
I was going to say I did it, but it sounded funnier if Mike did it.
But I will never tell you the truth. Mike and I will take it to our graves!

    Hey Laura,
I think you should charge more. Your not asking your hairdresser to come to you. You drive to your hairdresser.

A Saturday customer isn’t going to bring you their wall to wall carpet.
I rarely work on Saturday’s, and never on Sunday.

    Bryan,
I’m guessing your talking about the brown mark left from over watering the plant.
It is a real booger of a problem. I have even tried Red Out on this problem, with poor results. I haven’t had the opportunity to work on such a problem in awhile. I would like to know how well Coffee remover would do in this situation.

    Mike,
Let me tell you… if you hadn’t kicked a cat through a plate glass window, you might have won the Excellence in Service award.
    Thanks for the kudos.

I bought an LG brand a couple of years ago. No, let me correct that…. The company bought an LG brand set a couple of years ago, with the extended warrenty.
I have been very happy with the results, and paid a little less than you Maytag lovers. I don’t want to deal with down time, so I only put 8 pads in at one time. So far, I haven’t had any downtime.
