I had a little talk with Doug, the guy who programmed the Heavens Best program.
Regarding the PDA stuff, Pocket PC is going to be much easier than Palm. However, I haven’t personally done any programming for Pocket PC. It took quite a while to write the original program, so depending upon how much functionality you want the Pocket PC to have will make a big difference on the cost. If you just wanted a calendar of your appointments then that might be possible, if you want to be able to add new customers, schedule jobs, etc., then that is going to be a big project. If you want to be able to add schedules on the Pocket PC and have it sync both ways, that is also going to be a large project.
Can you give me an idea on the simplest solution people would want for the PDA?
So, feedback on this would be great. Specifics on what you want, and can live without are best. Be as detailed as possible.

MInd you he said that the synching would be the most expensive rout, and without enough people wanting to do this, it may never happen. I will get the estimate and talk with Cody about it.
IN the meantime, i need to hear from some more people who are interested in this. I need them to post here or to call me. THis way i can keep track of the number of interested people. As of right now, i have 3. 3 isn’t enough to warrant a program to be built. The cost is just too high.

I would love to have all the capabilities I have now on my computer program and sync to my computer.
Thank you for your time and effort on all of this!
