I would like to get some feedback as to what you guys think a new customer is worth or stated differently what kind of ROI do you expect from a advertising source.
3 to 1…..4 to 1…5 to 1 ??????
According to “Howard Partridge and no I haven’t purchased anything from him, he just likes to send me free tips all the time because I haven’t bought anything.
Howard Partirdge says that you should get 4 to 1 return rather quickly on an advertising source or move on.
Many advertisers try to sell you on “The future value of a customer”.
There is something to be said for that but how much.
How much should we be willing to “buy” a customer for?
I’m getting frustrated with the pay per click thing and how much I pay vs. how much I book.
All feedback is greatly appreciated.

now understand that these are just my thoughts and YMMV. So here goes
The most expensive way to find new customers is to advertise for them. The cheapest way is to work for them I’d go another step and get others to find my customers for me.
We ALL want to get the kind of new customers that money can’t buy, REFERRALS.
Getting a referral from a happy customers is a good start, I think the gold is getting 45(or whatever the number is) referrals from each of
The Maid service
The window cleaner
The lawn care service
The exterminator
The furnace tune up guy
the pool guy
Make a listI think Your contact(deal) with the door man is OUTSTANDING!!
Seek out these people, do what you have to do to get them making the referrals and that will build your client list faster and cheaper and better than anything.
Again, understand that these are just my thoughts and YMMV.
