watch out for Adoozle

I have Google alerts setup to track anything related to carpet cleaning in my area and this morning I received an alert and it was from a company called Adoozle Inc, They setup micro sets and drive traffic mostly to Google Places. The listing was using all of my landing page info exactly except for the url and phone number. I contacted them and they played dumb and said they would look into so I called the securities and exchange commission for WA state and had then run a corporation check and they are not registered in the state so I am going to have my attorney send them a nice letter and I also filed a complaint with Google Places, The BBB, and Ripoff report. The funny thing is by them grabbing some of the Google Places listings it bumped my Organic listings up so now I have all 3 of the top spots instead of just 2 on most of Google’s data centers.
