    We’ve seen almost $800 in sales within the original appointment by handing the customer a sheet of paper. We’ve also booked approx. $500 in additional business from this Additional Services sheet. That’s almost $1300 in sales that came from this sheet of paper. Is anyone else using this?

    Yes we are using this letter and it great. I just made some ajustments to mine I added Pet Enzyme -do you have any Pets? We have the solutions for your carpets! It takes out stains and odors. It’s only $20.
    and under hardwood floors I put- We also do Tile and Grout.
    I also put at the bottom-= I have incorporated a program to reward my clients who provide referrals. Just fill in 5 names and numbers to receive discounts. and put in 5 lines and a place for their name and num. to insure that they receive proper credit. and a thank you and last line a place to ck. that they received an addresed and stamped evaluation card.
    It works great! sell additional and get referrals. and I don’t put what their discount is because every cust. is different so it might be clean one area on next visit or 20% off what ever fits the cust. that Mark working with at the time. Thank you again for the letter and I hope this might help you also. it great to be able to share ideas with all of H/B.

    It’s the additional services sheet that you can download frot the operators area on this website. It’s right under the highlighted operator. Make your own modifications or use it as is, just use it!

    Jeremy, We just started this week and we charge $20 for the Large spotter bottles. We alread sold 5 this week! Also my Son gary who really does the work did a $565 dollar job yesterday ($1148.00 day) sold the guy Fabric Protectant as he always tries to but the totla for Fabric Prot. was $115. He read iot off the extra service form and loved the idea.
