    Ron,

How are you charging for those jobs? Also, with white grout that is dirty, how do you get it white again? Thanks, Dave

I am charging .50c a sqft. I just inform the customer (if it’s that bad) that grout is basically concrete and that not everything will come out.

Dave, I use the Ninja and purchased a 1600 psi pressure washer for the needed pressure. I like this system because it is quick, efficent and gets outstanding results providing there are not excessive permanent stains, or old grout.

    Ron,

I purchased a pressure washer to clean the fuzz, cat hair and dog and human hair off my red brush driver. Was that wrong?

We are trying to build our business and not the states owners, but I see your point.

Realize, and you will when you start scrubbing the grout, that it is a loooootttttttt more work than carpet. Go with .50 to .85 cents psf. We are researching other competitors prices and the average is .70 cents psf. You will probably come to find that not many companies provide this service. Not where I am at anyways.

The turbo wand is a great tool but you need a high psi extractor for it to work.

Mike, Does your price of .70 cents a sq ft include a sealer ? We charge
.75 cents to clean Only. Sealer is an additional charge of.25 to .50 a sq foot.

I would go .85 to 1.00 for the inclusion of the sealer. Call other cleaners in your area and you will get an idea. Just don’t make it obvious what you do.
