I want to tell everyone that I searched Google just now and found the following webpage. Let me just say congrats to the operator of this area, I believe it is Gregg Burtis according to the HB website. This is what we all dream for and it is something I would be willing to bet has made him a lot of money since it was posted in October. I am searching for a customer who is active on these kinds of mommy websites in my area and am trying to get an endorsement from one of them on Charlottemommies.com so that I can cash in on the housewives and moms who are registered there.
I especially like the chemdry comment found here, and this also taught me a lesson about giving away our product for free…notice that the guy with “Deep Clean” has a customer telling others that she got some rooms done for free, now everyone who uses him from this website will be expecting the same treatment and he is going to be giving his product away or turning people off if he doesn’t and in turn pushing them Gregg’s direction with HB.
Take a look at the good things from Gregg’s customers by clicking the following link…this is priceless!!!

Customer satisfaction wins again!March 11, 2008 at 4:05 am #151740FL18ParticipantThat was some good stuff. Good job Gregg. Thanks for sharing Grant. Our customers are our best advertisement. I like the comment about educating the customer on pet stains. Often times, they will still have you clean it anyway because of your honesty.
Wonderful Job,

For some years now, we have been recommended by Merry Maids and have received a ton of business from them. Just yesterday, we cleaned the home of a partner in a home cleaning service and voila…we got 2 jobs and have a potentially great relationship going forward…
Something for others to consider…

This is a great reminder of how a maid service can benefit us. 5 years ago, I offered to clean (for free) the home of the owner of Maid-Pro in my area. The volume of work I get from them is huge. I have medium to large commercial accounts that came from them and also many occupied and unoccupied residential. Well over $10,000 per year in sales comes from this single source. I even tried to pay them a commission but they refused. They said it was their benefit to have someone they were comfortable with. Now that you reminded me, I will go talk to Merry Maids and any other maid service I find in the book. HEAVEN’S BEST. WHAT A GREAT COMPANY!! Thanks for the reminder Dave!May 17, 2008 at 2:05 pm #151743pachecoParticipantGreat…
I am giving them 5% to play with in the pricing….they call for a quote or use mu guidelines and then schedule with me and then we do he work and they pay us…Better than giving 15% discounts.
I am going to go after some more of these types of customers….they are only in residential cleaning. I love commercial…but residential is just fine and no advertising…
I would not mention the Merry Maids connection…they are owned by ServiceMaster and are supposed to recommend and use their carpet cleaning services. But they do lousy work and so here we are. Would not want to jeopardize our great relationship.
Thanks

People can choose to use who ever they want. Always do good work, be honest and trustworthy and you will be amazed where referrals come from.
