Does anybody know if we have a template that can be used for commercial bids? I have been asked to bid on 30k sq feet of carpet in a resort hotel, and I would rather not give them a hand written estimate off of our invoice book. I was thinking along the lines of something I can do on my computer. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks Dennis, This letter is really written very good, its has lots of stuff I can work from, just change a little to fit our area. I also wanted to let you know what I’ve done which is gotten a folder like the one they gave us at the seminar the blue one, and put our logo on some labels size 3 1/3 x4inchs and put them on front and in side it has a place to put your card, I put in the Introducing heavens best letter,fabric protector flyer, a company you can trust flyer, a heaven best pen, a magnet, now a quote letter, and it will depend on what business I go to, what else or What Not to put in, also I’m looking in to the newsletter, ad letter from LMCCA. Well I think you get the idea, with all the folders made out you can take it or leave with some at a business and everything together in one place and its all neat and professional. Well just wanted to share this idea with everyone hope it can help.
