At our state conference, Big John said our disinfectant kills influenza type A, which includes the current Swine H1N1 flu virus (if this isn’t true and I misheard, John please let me know). Something to consider with flu season around the corner. Adding disinfectant to cleaner, or prespraying with a disinfectant/water mixture, is very easy to do and costs us very little. Running this in back to school or holiday coupons may be an easy way to drum up business, especially commercial or those hypochondriac type people. Businesses know sick employees cost them money. Could even make it a free add on for a commercial bid. Just my 2 cents.

That would be great if it does. What a bullet point for flyers.

The ongoing outbreak of novel influenza A (H1N1) continues to expand in the United States. CDC expects that more cases, more hospitalizations and more deaths from this outbreak will occur over the coming days and weeks.
CDC continues to take aggressive action to respond to the expanding outbreak. CDC’s response goals are to reduce spread and illness severity, and provide information to help health care providers, public health officials and the public address the challenges posed by this emergency.
The following recommendations come from the CDC in Atlanta. A key to stopping this outbreak from growing to an epidemic is prevention. Frequent hand washing with soap and water is the best protection. When soap and water are not available, waterless hand sanitizers can be used.
Like other viruses, H1N1 is spread by contact with contaminated surfaces. These will be surface that are touched frequently – door handles, light switches – and flat surfaces where contaminated droplets from a cough or sneeze may land such as desk tops and keyboards. Influenza virus can live on these surfaces for several hours.

Caring for these surfaces can be as simple as spraying on an EPA registered disinfectant or wiping with a disinfectant treated towelette. There has been no time to test products on this specific mutation of the H1N1 virus, but several disinfectants have been tested and approved by the EPA for use against other forms of H1N1 and influenza A

Heaven’s Best has a disinfectant “#132 Disinfectant Deodorizer” that have the influenza “A” claim. A branch chief from the US EPA OPP. Division, is recommending the use of any registered product with label claim against Influenza “A”.

This is a good time for you as operator to do one or more of the following. 1. Market your Disinfectant and make some extra money. 2. Or use it as health service and promote good will.

The Disinfectant can be mixed right with your 101 cleaner at 1-8 oz per 2.5 gallon.
    I hope this helps.

H1N1 is a Hoax. I’m not a Dr. or anything, but I suggest not getting the vaccine, or any other flu shot, and instead eat healthy and boost your own immune system which works far better then some commercially manifactured potion which may or may not work, and may or may not end up killing you. Any way, that being said, thank goodness for haoxes, because i do enjoy selling disinfectant.

I guess i should refraise, H1N1 does exsist, however the hype that it has generated is drastically over played, and the idea that an unproven vaccination will somehow prevent such a desease without any undisired side effects which in many cases are worse then the ailment was to begin with. bottom line is do some research before you go and get an injection that the cdc promises is safe and 100% neccasary
