So many questions, where to start?
Will the new uniforms make my stomach look flat too? Can I tell people I have a six pak?
Will Cody be helping me pay the dental bills that will pile up because I have a permanent smile on my face?
Who will I blame when I am busy and having to hire more employees so I can spend more time developing my business?
As I am driving my new van and people are stopping me telling me what a great looking van I have, will I have to tell them I am an international franchise?
When I am making more money will I have to pay more taxes? Who’s fault will that be?
When I take some of that profit and take my family on an awesome vacation, will I have to take Cody with me?
With all these “radical” changes will I have to do anything or will my pockets just be filled with money?
When I develop bruising on my side from the constant pinching of myself, will I be able to complain? And if so, to whom?
If I stick my head in the sand and pretend that the world is not a changing place, will my ears fill with sand? And will I be OK?
If I show up on time to my jobs, hand the client a business card, shake their hand, explain what I’m going to do and how and If I look good, act great and smile, will they think I am a professional?
What if I refuse to see the benefits of change, fight, resist and grumble about it all, can I blame my lack of success all on someone else?
This new “Heaven’s Best” is the second best thing that has ever happened to any of us in this franchise. It sets the bar ever so high for us and will push each one out of our comfort zones and on to better things. Ammon is right, we each own a franchise, a business that takes commitment, time, resources and financial commitment. The return that we get will be proportionate to what we put into it. We drive around in crappy vans, wearing grungy t-shirts and blue jeans, wearing a budwiser cap, using old ratty looking equipment, and whinning about why we can’t get ahead or never make any real money. Gosh I wonder why. Well try this. Drive a new van with an awesome look, wearing nice professional uniforms, using sharp looking equipment and acting very much like the #1 franchise that we are and see if the results will follow.
Just in case you are wondering, I’m jumping in with both feet. I’m going to use this new look as an opportunity to make my business even stronger and more profitable. There is no such thing as status queue. We are all passing or being passed by someone else. I think its time to get the pedal to the metal.
Are you on the gas?

You the man.
The big problem is when will we have time to use this board with all the buisness we will get ?
If you are not moving foward you are moving backward. Both my feet are in also.
Is that the Blue Jays I hear coming up on us ?

This is a C5 Vette, world class. No passangers, only drivers. Your foot needs to be on the gas and both hands on the wheel.
Hang on tight.
June 5, 2006 at 9:33 pm #146677tx45ParticipantDennis,
Thanks for the backing on my statement. I had a hard time reading through all of your questions due to the fact that my eyes were pouring water from laughing so hard.July 14, 2006 at 5:44 am #146678AnonymousInactiveI am feeling really good about myself these days. Customers keep asking me if I’ve been working out. Heck these shirts DO make me look like I have a 6pack underneath. Now time to do something about the pipes. Where is Tim Nemeth?
I just got my first dental bill. NO CHARGE! The doc said anyone this freaking happy gets a free pass.
Booked my first two holidays. See you all in Vegas, then taking the kids and Cody to see Mickey Mouse. He’s always wanted to go. I can’t say no.
The new shorts I bought to go with the new shirts have extra deep pockets. Business is up. Customers are up. Prices are up.
My sides hurt all the time. The pinching doesn’t seem like it’s going to stop any time soon.
New business cards, new van, new equipment decals, new shirts, big smile. People want to deal with me. They think I’m successful and are wanting a ride on the Heavens Best TrainThe past 6 weeks have been incredible. I don’t think there is a single owner left that doesn’t see this as the second best thing that has ever happened.
We are the NUMBER 1 franchise on the planet. We have the best products, the best system and now the best image. Not in my wildest dreams.
Life is Good.
July 14, 2006 at 8:10 am #146679AnonymousInactiveMaybe I should reconsider waiting another 12 months to convert.

July 15, 2006 at 1:56 am #146681AnonymousInactiveHey Joe . . . my son doesn’t work for me, but Vicki had to help a few times last week and she looked mighty fetching in that new shirt. We wear them with khaki shorts or slacks and are very pleased with the way they look.
We’ve made all the conversions but are waitng on the new van. Can’t wait to see it with the new logo on it. All this will happen around September 1st. We are going to work the newspapers for some great media coverage on all our changes and our 5th yr. anniversary. Sept. gets pretty crazy around hear, all of this will fill our schedules for weeks ahead of time.
Looking forward to Las Vegas . . . are you and the wife going to get to go?
We feel lucky to be with HB during this very exciting time!
