Greetings friends in Grime,
Do any of you talk to yourself? Of course you do. Everyone does, some internally with thought and some externally – expressing thought with voice. For instance, have you ever stated to yourself, “I can’t believe I did that!” or “I am so stupid”, or “I can’t do anything right!” or “I’m such an idiot!” Does that self chatter sound a little familiar? I bet we have all told ourselves those words… or ones even worse.
Do you know the percentage of NEGATIVE self talk we usually participate in? 75% ! Yup, over 75% of the things we tell ourselves is negative. And our minds believes what it perseves to be true…which means what we tell it, it believes.
You have the ability to choose your very own thoughts. Be careful what you choose to think about because,
* your thoughts become your words
* your words become your actions
* your actions become your habits
* your habits become who you are….So, talk nice to yourself. Self-acceptance leads to positive words, actions, habits and a peaceful mind. When you make a mistake, choose to take the lesson and leave the load of negative thoughts behind.
May your day be filled with positive self-talk and joy. Until we visit again, I wish you well.
Warm regards,
Kathlynn

Are you Gov. B. L. Sutton’s campain adviser?

Not only did you read the refueling message, but you went the extra mile to put the “talking nice” information into action by sharing your positive thoughts with someone else :>)
Thank you for the encouraging words. It’s reassuring to know that we are all in this together, to help each other grow and achieve success.
…and Gordon – Gov. B.L. Sutton?! Do I have to curtsy?
October 14, 2006 at 1:02 am #147697AnonymousInactiveI’ve got another name for Sutton, and it isn’t Governor! We’ll just leave it at that!
October 14, 2006 at 3:22 am #147698hbottumwaParticipantKathlynn;
No need to curtsy, just sent Brian Sutton a bill. With all that campain contribution money… well let’s just say he’s got so much he’s not sure how to buy all our votes! Ya, he’s got so much, Bryan Ferris (his financial advisor) keeps 20%. (Admin cost. you know). Bryan’s making so much he’s building a brand new home! He’s got my vote without a dine! Maybe because I can’t vote in Iowa. Living there in a motel three days a year doesn’t buy me a qualification. But remember, Gov. Sutton’s the right man for the job! Nov. 7th get out the vote!October 16, 2006 at 10:50 pm #147699AnonymousInactiveWHAT!?!!!!!
