I have a thought for the week to share (by the way, Rick says ‘how come they only have to listen to one thought…’)
Since you have become your own boss, have you ever had trouble drifting off to sleep at night? I bet everyone has been kept awake into the wee hours of the morning by a little “WHAT IF…” worry.
Well friends, worry makes a hard pillow. When something’s troubling you, before going to sleep, jot down three things you can do the next day to help solve the problem. You will be pleasantly surprised by the peace (and even excitement) this simple little action can bring.
By doing this simple action, you become a problem-solver rather than a problem-seeker. Solvers Sleep Sounder!
