I’ll be updating the quickbooks invoice to be more commercial friendly later this month by adding a service address and a tax area. Please let me know if there is anything else you would like to see changed on the invoice and I will see about incorporating those changes as well.
I’ve adjusted the original template to allow for a customer message to show on each invoice when you use the “customer message” field when you write out the invoice. Any additional disclaimers, cautions, etc. could go there I believe. Let me know if you think otherwise.
I am about to install QB 2008 Pro. What is the benefit of using this invoice?

How do you like QB2008 and do you use a mail merge to manage client contact list so that you can send thank you cards, etc., without retyping all of the info?
