Hey Cody, 1. Have you heard from sign a rama what the turn over time is on the logos from the time we order them to the time there on our van. 2. Are the new invoice books beeing shipped yet. 3. How long to get the business cards once we order them.
July 19, 2006 at 3:29 pm #147166AnonymousInactiveHey Cody, I have one more question, we have a window in the slider door of our Ford E150. Do the new decals cover the window. And does it still look good with the side window. I guess thats two questions 😀

July 21, 2006 at 1:10 am #147169HB2003ParticipantI know there has been some issues with Sign a Rama and the quality of decals, etc. Myself and others have had some issues arise and we passed our concerns on to Cody and staff. Cody has been working with them to work out some of the kinks. From what I understand, we should be hearing something from Cody within the next few days or so…

Thanks for the questions. I’ll try to answer as best as I can at the moment. The normal turn around time for SAR (Sign-A-Rama) shoud be about 7-10 working day. This does not include shipping time. It will take a full day to install. We are currently working through a few issues with SAR and will be able to answere this better in the next 4-5 days. The business cards usually take between 5-10 business days plus shipping time to you.
The new invoice pads are in and will be shipped out as soon as our old stock is used up. This should take about another two weeks and then all invoice shipments will be with the new logo.
The new logo does cover a large portion of the slider on the passenger side. It does look good, but we cannot guarantee how well it will stick to the window in the long run.

July 24, 2006 at 3:59 pm #147172Bret WootonParticipantAny update on what’s going to happen with SAR regarding the logo problems?
July 25, 2006 at 1:38 am #147173AnonymousInactiveI am working with SAR on a few issues regarding the logo packages and as soon as I have the solution I will respond to everyone.
September 8, 2006 at 2:19 am #147174NJ05ParticipantCODY,
I ordered my logos back in july, any info when i might be getting them??
September 21, 2006 at 3:04 am #147175Ca22ParticipantCody could you give us an update to all the changes. I am about to order a sign package and I dont have the time to dink around with sign o rama if they are not producing superior service in a timely mannor. I alos am curious about the shirts and uniform update. I read great feedback posted, but it seems to be coming from the state owners, and not as many from the city guys. Just looking for some update on whats working and what might need tweeking in the new image era
September 22, 2006 at 6:28 pm #147176Bret WootonParticipantHey Greg.
The uniforms are good. No problems, good comments from customers.
I would hold off on the signs, however until you get a 100% guarantee that Sign-A-Rama has their act together and you have an installer that can do it properly. With an expensive purchase like this, I would call Cody directly to see what the best course of action is. Make no mistake, just because someone bought a sign franchise, doesn’t make them qualified to install these logos.
October 18, 2006 at 2:51 am #147177AnonymousInactiveGreg, I tried to address these issues in the October Newsletter, and I just posted a reply to some sign-a-rama issues regarding the Van logo.
