Jason,
I don’t know if others are having this problem, but I haven’t been able to log onto the board for the past 2-3 days. I can pull up the main bulletin board page as a guest, but when I try to log in and read the messages, the screen goes white and has random script on it that says DEBUG MODE and says critical error at the top. Even when I tried to log on tonight it did it, and then I was eventually able to get on by hitting the back button on the browser. Don’t know if others are having the same issue or if it’s just me. Something you may want to check into with others just in case they are having the same issue. I can log into the main website to order product, etc, but wasn’t able to on the bulletin board.Dave
December 13, 2006 at 5:31 am #148329AnonymousInactiveThis is what appears on the white screen. Hopefully I am the only one experiencing this, but have found a way to get on despite it.
phpBB : Critical Error
Error doing DB query userdata row fetch
DEBUG MODE
SQL Error : 1146 Table ‘heavensbest_com.phpbb_sessions_keys’ doesn’t exist
SELECT u.* FROM phpbb_users u, phpbb_sessions_keys k WHERE u.user_id = 31 AND u.user_active = 1 AND k.user_id = u.user_id AND k.key_id = ‘3b338365a291aa72f07c72ec3fb5d473’

I just read the note on the main board concerning the error I stated above. I have the bulletin board bookmarked on my computer and it pulls up the following web address that gets me to the main bulletin board page that I can see as a guest:http://heavensbest.radius3.com/old-board/index.php
If I go to the city owner’s area and click on the bulletin board link there, it gives me the following web address with error:
http://heavensbest.com/bulletin-board/index.php (note no .radius3)
Note this is only if I do it through the city owners area, not the first screen that gives city owner, state owner, bulletin board, etc.
Also, when I use my bookmarked page, I enter as a guest and when I try to log in it gives me the error I pasted above. After attempting to log in, if I hit the back button on my internet explorer browser twice (need to do it twice) when the error page comes up, it will bring me back to the main bulletin board page logged in. Figured you may be able to pass this on to those that are not able to get on as a temporary fix for them to access the board until a permanent fix is found.

At times what you need to do, and I would recommend doing this on a regular basis is clearing out your history, cookies, temporary i-net files, adn clearing your cache. If you don’t know how to do this, feel free to call me and I’ll walk you through it.
I will let you all know as soon as the problem has been fixed! Thank you for your patience

The problem with being logged in automatically seems to be fixed. However, I still get a general error whenever I click on “View posts since your last visit” which I like to do to make sure I don’t miss out on any new discussions or posts. My error reads like this:
**************
Could not delete old search id sessionsDEBUG MODE
SQL Error : 1054 Unknown column ‘search_time’ in ‘where clause’
DELETE FROM phpbb_search_results WHERE search_time < 1167080808 Line : 657
File : search.php
**************Thanks,
Mike
